Welcome to my house!
We have a beautiful semi detached house in rural Bodiam near Bodiam Castle postcode is TN32 5UL. The village is very quiet but has two nice pubs, the Castle inn & the Curlew, a beautiful saxon church, lovely Primary school & is aprox a 5 min drive to the local shop & petrol station in Sandhurst.
Our house has 3 bedrooms with a large separate dining room which we use as a 4th bedroom. Large back garden aprox 95-100 ft, with beautiful views of the fields & own paved driveway, 2 double bedrooms & 1 single room upstairs, small bathroom, galley kitchen with door to large enclosed brick outhouse. Outhouse at present used as a utility room & has its own 2nd WC & another upvc door to the garden, have permission to remove WC & create an extended kitchen/dining area which would not cost a great deal to do. Large living room with laminate flooring just laid at christmas & double patio doors leading onto the garden. Wooden floors upstairs & oil central heating throughout which is quite cheap to run, the house is fully double glazed & in good decorative order. The rent is currently £116 per week, & our Housing acc is Rother Homes. 2 min walk to lovely primary school with aprox 60 children attending, 5 mins from beautiful historic castle & free school bus provided for 11 plus to take them to local community college & bring them home.
This is a wonderful area. Local shop & doctors surgery 5 mins drive away & lovely residents association who do lots for the children by way of activities & fun days. We are classed as an estate but it is not a large one (aprox 40 houses) most of which are owned. Lovely & quiet here with lots for the children to do, small playpark built by the residents acc 2 years age & small woods in front of the house, amazing in the summer!

This is my dream home & I have been blissfully happy here for over 6 years but I am now unable to drive & I am ill so will need to get to the GP quite a bit over the next few years. There is a bus service but it only runs every 2 hours & finishes at 5.30 in the evening, it is just not practical for me to stay here without a car. However I am very happy in this area & the schools my children attend are fantastic, so I am only looking for a house in the local surronding area's, so I can be a bit more mobile & have access to shops, Gps & ect.

The house I need would have to be a 4 bedroom or a 3 bedroom with a separate dining room, it would need to have central heating & a garden although I am not fussed about the size.
